Description

Welcome fellow Chapter 25 CARP members, to Renneckendorf & Associates!

Yes, this is the site if you seek some FREE and confidential mentoring regarding starting your own full-time or part-time business, co-operative, or non-profit venture. Or maybe, you'd like to buy an existing venture or acquire the rights to a franchise?

NOTE: This site is moderated and does not allow spam or offensive material.

We all know the monetary and psychic benefits enjoyed by those who succeed at entrepreneurship. Yay! :-) So why do we offer this FREE service? Statistics Canada studies show that approximatley only 20% of new start-ups still exist five years later. That means about 80% fail in some way. I'd like to help both the 20% succeed sooner and the 80% reduce their exposure to risk.

So how does this work? Usually we meet one-on-one at some neutral site convenient for you ... such as your nearest Timmies. Given the free nature of our service and the risks inherent in becoming an entrepreneur, we - understandably - ask that you provide your CARP membership ID and sign our liability waiver before proceeding. To help build your independence, we await you to take the initiative for queries and meetings, or you can just quietly walk away. As entrepreneurs all decisions and their consequences are for the aspiring entrepreneur alone; we merely provide suggestions to consider.

I am a fellow retiree trying to give back. So what do we offer in terms of knowledge and experience? How about being an MBA, FICB and CFP who was a former commercial banker, a college business professor, a business consultant, an entrepreneur who sold his business, and a former senior manager at the Canadian Franchise Association, among others!

Anyway, if you've always wondered about self-employment as a part-time or fulltime career choice, maybe we can help? To confidentially share with other aspirants join thru the button below by adding your CARP ID# to your message.
Cheers,
Bo Renneckendorf
