We have 2 large pine trees 12ft. beside our deck. We want to get rid of
them. You dig them out and haul them away.

In an effort to buy some barley that was suitable for home beer making
explorations (I'm also growing hops) I ended up buying a big, huge,
farmer-sized 90lb bag of certified Chapais barley a couple of years
back.  Now, considering I plant about a cup of it to fill (probably
overfill) an 6'x8' part of my garden - I've got enough here for a few
decades at least.

So rather than stare at the full bag , I'm offering a 1 Litre yoghurt
container of Barley for your planting needs.  It's a good time to
plant it now.  I can sometimes get 2 crops in a year, as it ripens in
August and by October I can pick a second, albeit marginal harvest.
It's also an attractive crop, with the big heads of barley turning
golden in the August sun.

Drop me a line if you'd like to pick up one of these.   Just one, 1
Litre container per person please.  And I expect to give away about 10
or so to reduce my stockpile.

We often soak a handful for a while, rinse them and plant them in a
pot for our cats to nibble on.  A litre will do your cats for a couple
of years.

NOTE: These are treated seeds for planting, so you can't eat them,
grind them into flour or anything like that.

hi there....I have 1 bamboo blind..well,use to be a blind...no longer
has the string,etc to pull up&down...from memory,it's about 40"
wide..72"long...will be happy to get exact measurement if any
requests...thanks Sophie..
