For the most part, LGBTQ individuals seem to be quite invisible in the Thunder Bay region. This group invites all lesbians, gays, bi-curious, bisexuals, trangendered people, transsexuals, and those who identify as queer or queer-positive to join. This is an effort to build a larger community base than already exists, to encourage LGBTQ awareness, to promote the awareness of LGBTQ issues, and to also plan social events or outtings.
