If you are member of any of the recycling groups in the Ottawa, Ontario, region, you can ask for help transporting an item if it is not too large and if you are unable to pick it up yourself. Members travelling in that general direction may be able to help by picking up the item on their way and then delivering it to you or to a location closer to where you live so that you can pick it up there. It usually takes a few days to complete the transaction.

Piggybacks are free, but it is OK to give a loonie or two towards gas money (though it is not expected).
