Hi,

I have been diagnosed with osteopenia in my hips and thighs, and have been
prescribed some exercises to do using ankle weights. If you have some ankle
weights that you are no longer using (2.5 lbs or greater), I would love to get
them working for me.

I live in the Westboro area, but I can pick up from somewhere else, if within
bicycling distance.

2 Hanging White Sinks:
19 wide x 17 deep (6 inches high at back)
19 1/2 wide  x 17 1/2 deep

These sinks are really dirty from being leftovers in a renovation (plaster,
dust, etc) , but they would be fine with a good cleaning. I have pictures I can
send.

A metal double bed frame with wheels is on the curb on Trenholm Lane in

x 16 inches with 2 and a half inch frame; carved rounded design.

Coat Hanger:
8 years old. Wall mounted black metal with 4 x 2 high and low wooden knobbed
hooks. 12 x 13 inches. Good condition.

My daughter wants a WII for Christmas but I think she is still too young for it,
so I though maybe a Gamecube would be good for her
to learn on. If anyone has a Gamecube they are no longer playing and maybe some
games too, and if you wish to donate it, the guesture would be grately
appreicated and I am sure she would be so happy to receive this on Christmas
day.

Older model D-Link router (DI-624) that has four wired ethernet ports and G-band
wireless. It works well, speed is fine; wireless range is anywhere in the house,
it has good wireless security, but it couldn't connect to a new wireless printer
so I had to take it out of service.
Location is west end of Falaise Road.

Box of 25 unused Noma 7 watt Christmas light replacement bulbs. These are
multi-colour outdoor bulbs and the base has a diameter of 5/8 inch (This is
larger than the normal size Christmas light bulb I think and don't fit the
string of lights I have).

Location is the west end of Falaise Road off Fisher Avenue.
