Working on the principle that one man's junk is another man's treasure, The Iqaluit Freecycle™ group is open to all residents and friends of Iqaluit who would rather see their surplus junk find a useful second life with some other community member than contribute to our municipal landfill challenges. Whether it's a chair, some salvaged lumber, a caribou antler or an old qamotiq, please feel free to post it and give it instead of tossing it. If you're looking for something yourself, no problem! Nonprofit groups are welcome and encouraged to participate. Let the members know what you need.
