Hi there I decided to bite the bullet to speak and answer u both as for me being
on the up/down with me weight back problems becoming worse when my weight was
higher,I was also in MVA in 92 so and at time I was only 105 so any weight
especially know causing more prob, anywhay thats another story,,
My time to stop eating is 9 ,I found in the past if I stopped at 7,8 and I was
out at son,s activities,BB or Hockey games etc or even out doing family
activities I will come home hungry and waiting till morning was not cutting it
for me,so for me 9 p.m was it at930 I will have cup of herbal tea and good till
morning if I need anything I just drink water,If I know I am going to be out
till 9 I will bring fruit with me to eat and yogurt to stay on track every1 is
different but remember to listen to u'r body and eat light snacks ,
ask if u have any more ???
