The Yahoo Group died off quite a long while ago now. It was a-buzz at a time when a book written by Po Bronson came out and drew a lot of readers together to discuss Your Life Work. As it happens, my career at that time was in employment consulting, and I was leaving that to start my own career coaching and human capital development company. As it happened, this journey entailed a lot of personal and professional growth - and important to recognize, a sort of 'destruction' in order to create freedom to become more aligned with that passion that drives us.
