Argh... I have the weekend off.
How close is it to Renton (where I couch surf regularly)?

      Guys,
As you get ready to have a great time at Bottoscon, allow me to tell you about the next wargaming event on the calendar:
Am very excited to introduce “Game ON! -  a west coast gamer’s weekend."  Its basically the board and wargaming you came to know and love at the last 5 Conquest NW’s off by itself.  It will feature:
             NW ASL Championships
Monster games – space and 72 hours of time to play your fav. monster game (set up Thursday Night!)
             Combat Commander Tourney
             Labyrinth Tourney
             OCS/SCS/TCS
             CDG’s and Euros
Special Harold Mortimer Tribute and Award
And any game you want to host
It will be the Weekend of Feb 17-19 at the Issaquah Holliday Inn - its a great, well lit space with bar/food 10 feet away and 15 restaurants/fastfood within 5 minutes.
If its half as fun and well attended as Bottoscon, we will be off to a great start.  Art and Dan will have flyers with more info. Join the conversation on Facebook and a yahoo group:
Facebook Group -Game ON! Gamer’s Weekend
And those of you from the Vancouver area should consider taking the train down and back – ask the Seattle guys that do that to Bottoscon more about that.
I'll share more later, but will wait until after Bottoscon. I leave tomorrow for weeklong family vacation and wish you all a GREAT weekend!
